Our classes are fun, friendly, fitness sessions led by our expert instructors to help you reach your goals! Whether you are looking for a high-intensity workout or something to improve your flexibility and balance, we have a top-notch class that is designed to suit your needs with experienced instructors to take you through the moves.

We’ve got LES MILLS BODY ATTACK to challenge your limits, in a good way; a high-energy class combining movements with running, lunging and jumping and strength exercises too such as push-ups and squats. Helping to improve heart and lung function as well as improving agility, coordination and endurance.
Push your cardio
Or maybe GROUP RX POWER STEP is your thing – building on a traditional Step class with a programme to push your cardio workout into high gear. It’ll help strengthen the heart, improve coordination and bone density and tone the lower body.

Also NEW is EXPRESS SPINNING. On Tuesday and Friday mornings between 07.15am and 07.45am start your day with one of our most popular Fitness Classes. Suitable for all fitness levels, low impact and burns calories!
